As a member, you can rent holiday homes in different parts of Finland at a lower membership price. In addition to the holiday apartments of the union, the membership associations also have cottages for rent. The cottages and holiday homes are available for rent in the Member+ service.
To change the language of the Member+ website click on the globe icon in the upper-right corner. To be able to make a reservation, you first need to register as a member of Asiantuntijat ja Esihenkilöt ASIA (the site is available in Finnish).
As a rule, you can make reservations in the booking calendar six months from the time of booking. Some holiday homes may have longer reservation periods and special pricing per trade union. Be sure to make a reservation while logged in to activate any union-specific benefits.
A new week opens for booking every night between Friday and Saturday. Reservations shorter than a week will be booked at most destinations with less than a month to go before the start of the reservation.
ASIA owns three high standard holiday apartments that members can rent throughout the year.
The well-equipped and spacious Villa Hilla is located in Levi, Kittilä. Levi is a year-round holiday resort in Tunturi-Lappi in the village of Sirkka, Kittilä, about 170 km north of the Arctic Circle in Lapland, Finland.
The cabin has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the second floor. The cabin is equipped for 11 people; one downstairs bedroom with a double bed and the other with two single beds, 3 single beds in one of the bedrooms upstairs and 4 single beds in the other. ASIA’s Putti Torppa is located in Himos, Jämsä. Himos is the 5th largest ski resort in Finland and the most diverse in Southern Finland. Snow situation permitting, ski slopes in Himos are kept open until May Day! The cabin has a double bed in the downstairs bedroom, a 140 cm bed in the sleeping alcove and 2 single beds in the loft. The cabin also has a sofa bed.
During the winter season, the rental price includes two ski passes. In the summer, guests can play the Himos Golf course at half price (up to 4 rounds/day). Read more and book here >>
The high-quality and well-equipped Kuntokanto chalet is located in Vierumäki, Heinola next to the Vierumäki Resort Hotel. The chalet is 65 m2 and has two bedrooms, living room and kitchenette, sauna and a bathroom. Beds for 4 persons. In addition, the sofa bed can be used as an additional bed. Changeover days are Friday and Monday.
