In the summer of 2020, the pilots of the Finnish airline Jetflite, which operates business flights, established the Jetflite Pilots Association (JFPA). The association, like other pilots' associations, became a member of YTY and the Finnish Pilots' Association FPA.
The goal of the JFPA is to create a collective agreement that takes into account the needs of commercial pilots, which would be suitable for a business aviation industry that strives for the needs of passengers. It includes special needs in terms of pilots' working conditions and employment conditions that may not be encountered in scheduled air services. Jetflite operates business, ambulance and charter flights around the world from the Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. The fleet consists of six aircraft. Jetflite employs 22 pilots.
